- Financial Data: Billing details, GST numbers, or payment instrument details (processed securely via encrypted third-party payment gateways like Razorpay/PayU) if you purchase premium listings.

- Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures
Property Nukkad is a real estate aggregator and classifieds platform. To provide our core service, data sharing is essential. We may share your data with:
- Real Estate Agents & Builders: When you express interest in a specific property, your contact details and preferences will be shared directly with the respective advertiser, RERA-registered broker, or builder to facilitate the transaction.
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting (e.g., AWS), SMS/OTP delivery partners, and secure payment gateways.
- Law Enforcement: We may disclose your data if required by Indian law, a court order, or to assist government agencies in cyber fraud investigations.
Note: Property Nukkad is an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee the authenticity of listings. Users are strongly advised to independently verify the RERA registration and legal title of any property before making financial commitments.
- Telemarketing and DND Override (TRAI Compliance)
By registering on Property Nukkad and submitting your phone number, you explicitly grant us and our registered real estate partners the consent to contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding your property inquiries. You acknowledge that this consent overrides any registration on the National Do Not Disturb (DND) registry (NDNC) under TRAI regulations.
- Data Retention
We do not hold your data indefinitely. We retain your personal data based on the following criteria:
- Active Accounts: For as long as your account remains active on Property Nukkad.
